Welcome to the Web home of
the “The Kona Billfisher
Resort”. Situated on the
southern edge of the village
of Kailua Kona, on the
island of Hawaii, in the
state of Hawaii, The Kona
Billfisher is a 65-unit
facility, constructed as
condo apartments in
1975-1976, and
converted
to timeshare units in 1977.
The Kona Billfisher Resort
was one of the first
timeshares in the state of
Hawaii, and is one of very
few timeshare projects sold
by the month.
The Kona Billfisher’s
proximity to the Kailua Kona
village is well within
walking distance to shops,
restaurants, clubs, and many
other activities. The
village stretches for a
total of one mile from the
King Kamehameha Hotel on the
north to the Royal Kona
Resort on the south, and
provides almost any amenity
that a visitor might need or
want.
Kona Billfisher units are
made available for rent or
sale by their owners
(utilizing various methods
including this Website).
